For samples, it is 100% in advance.
For mass production, it is 30% in advance and 70% balance.

4. How about your delivery time?
(A) For Sample,
if samples are on stock, we effect shipment within 1-3days after receiving payment.
(B)For trial order ( small quantity or mixed models)
usually 5-7days ( one week)
(C) For formal order or bulk quantity order
2-4weeks, we will discuss and confirm exact time with you before you make a order.
5, How do you ship the cargo?
Delivery is subject to you, you can decide and choose as below:
1) Express Air Courier: UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, TNT ( for samples, trial order, light cargos etc)
2)Air Mail ( for sample, cheaper price, do not need get it urgently)
3)Air shipment ( bulk quantity, need get it urgently)
4)sea boat shipment ( LCL shipment)
5)Small parcel registered Post ( China Post, Hongkong post, Singapore post etc)
6)Ex-Works - appoint your own forwarder to collect the goods from our company
or we deliver the cargo to the warehouse of your forwarder in Shenzhen
your forwarder are in charge of export and delivery by themselves.
6. How much does shipping charge?
It depends on the quantity of goods, product model, different shipping method, your country and your postal code,

8, Could you print my logo on products?
Yes, we can do well, note not all items are available ( no space, material limitation, logo is too complicated or logo color is gradual color change, exclude)
Please send us your logo for evaluation in advance, together with your interesting models.
9, What is your mini order quantity (MOQ)?
For mostly products online, we have no MOQ or small quantity is acceptable.
For some special products or customized products that we have no stock and made to order every time, MOQ will be requested. Please inquiry us.
Please note different quantity will be with different price.
10, How about your quality warranty?
our product are with at least 1year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
(material or workmanship).
part products like Sony CCD camera will have 1.5year quality warranty.
some parts for our products are not possibly under our warranty.
Note: we are only promise and answer for 6 monthes warranty for CMOS security camera
11. Who will pay the freight for repairing goods?
Both of us will share half of total freight:
You will pay shipping cost of sending it back to us,
then we will pay returning shipping charge when we deliver it to you.
